Jerry Fennelly is the President of Fennelly Associates, Inc. since its inception in 1986. His company is now in their 35th year serving the Greater Princeton, New Jersey Marketplace by assisting and advising Corporations and investors on real estate matters. He and his team provide global services for all corporate needs to include leasing, sale, purchase, consulting and property management. Since 1986, Fennelly Associates, Inc. has delivered solutions for Corporations while completing nearly $1 billion in aggregate transaction volume.
Gerard is highly engaged in his community and has raised funding and created awareness for charitable organizations as: The Eden Institute, The Parkinson Alliance and the YWCA of Princeton. Further, on behalf of The Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce, Jerry founded the Mercer County Economic Summit and Global Opportunities Committee, servicing the local and international clients Fennelly serves.
Since Fennelly’s affiliation with NAI in 1998, Jerry has positioned himself as a leader on NAI’s New York/New Jersey region team through educational real estate conferences for the membership. Jerry’s commitment to further ensure the highest levels in real estate servicing is evidenced by his becoming an SIOR Member, one of the most prestigious real estate designations in the country.
Significant Transactions
* Represented an International Laser Development company with their new North American headquarters by representing the Buyer and securing an off-market building (47,000 sq. ft.) with the specific technology needed for their operations.
* Represented Family Real Estate Business in the sale of their six-building portfolio. After careful analysis, the direction Fennelly suggested and implemented was to break-up the portfolio to achieve a forty percent higher value then selling the 133,000 square feet all as one.
* Represented Medical institution with their acquisition search for its new New Jersey Headquarters. Fennelly achieved this specific identity and location driven requirement by finding and negotiating a 27,000 square foot office building located on highway Route 31.
