Gerard is a Director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He is part of a team responsible for raising debt and equity for institutional and private owners of multifamily, industrial, office, retail and self-storage properties. During the course of his career, Gerard has been involved in over $2.7 Billion in executed transactions throughout the United States, with a focus on the NY/NJ/CT Tri-State area.
Gerard received his Bachelor of Science from Boston College’s Carrol School of Management with a concentration in Finance & Economics.
