Uniquely, I have a long list of clients who’ve become friends as well as a long list of friends who’ve become clients. I’ve done business with most of my clients at least twice. And - while I’m proud of my success as well as my market and industry knowledge - I’m most proud of my high rate of return clients. I believe my repeat business is as high as it is because of my facilitator perspective: I’m there to help my clients fulfill their goals. I’m not out to do anything but assist them. Essentially, I treat every client as a friend.
I learned a great deal in my earlier career about personal finance as well as client relations. Both disciplines have served me well in real estate. One embodies fiscal know-how and the other is all about credibility, integrity and trust as well as accessibility and communications.
