Giancarlo Cugini was a commercial real estate investment professional working for Marcus & Millichap’s top-producing retail team in New York City, New York Retail Advisors. He specializes in the sale of retail properties in the Bronx and Westchester. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Giancarlo gained experience working for large property owners throughout New York City.
As a retail specialist in the Bronx and Westchester, Giancarlo works with sellers to proactively and comprehensively market their real estate assets, leveraging the strength of Marcus & Millichap’s national platform, to create a competitive bidding environment that ultimately produces the highest priced offers with competitive terms in the shortest amount of time. Giancarlo was born and raised in Westchester, New York, and has familiarized himself with the Greater New York City real estate market due to the proximity and environment he was raised in. Giancarlo attended Union College in Schenectady, New York where he studied Economics. At Union, Giancarlo founded the school’s first real estate club and was a member of the varsity football team. Outside of the office he enjoys traveling, exercising, listening to podcasts, and spending time with friends and family.
