Gigi Rippolone has witnessed the exponential growth of the real estate industry of the Space Coast of Florida since her family moved here when she was 8 years old. Her mother was a real estate agent in Brevard County while she attended Gemini, Hoover, Melbourne High School and the University of Florida. She was ambitious from an early age and began teaching fitness at her parents locally owned fitness center and working in the service industry at the age of 14.
After graduating with honors from UF, she moved away to study acting at a prestigious conservatory in New York City. She continued to serve as head bartender and server at top restaurants in the country for the last decade, where she learned the the value of hospitality and service for her clientele. The pandemic moved her back to her roots in Florida, where she is eager to utilize her deep knowledge of the area and serving others to give back to the ever-growing communities in her hometown and beyond. Gigi is exceptionally proud to be associated with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, where she has access to the latest technology and a growing database of international buyers, sellers and investors to further assist her clients.
She is an avid abstract collage artist, yoga teacher, and surfer. She provides her clients with superior and professional service as a global real-estate advisor who has had the first-hand experiences of moving to, away from, and then back again to the beautiful Space Coast of Florida.
