I have many different occupations in my career all around real estate. I was a banker for 20+ years including business banking lending and private banking. I was a Certified Appraiser in Seattle and Santa Fe NM. I'm 3rd generation construction having built my first house at 22 years old. I have built 5 new homes, remodeled 5 more including 3 that were over 100 years old. After moving to Mt Shasta to put roots down, I chose to be the realtor I always wanted across the table from me and never found. Statistics the first of 2024 showed that since I started in 2003 I have sold over 177 properties valued at $133M dollars. It has been a great career move and I still thoroughly love helping people. In my 24 years in Siskiyou County, I have seen that the real estate market is hyperlocal, seasonal and temperamental—in other words, it can change on a dime. Technology has made information more accessible to everyone, but it can be difficult to keep up with recent events that affect home values.
