Gillian has over 26 years’ experience working in valuation and fund management. She has a good insight into the mind-set of investors, having been involved in the set-up of new funds at Kames Capital and carrying out the role of Fund Manager of their healthcare fund. Gillian was also a Senior Director at BNPPRE and at Knight Frank, valuing for clients including CBREGI, Aviva (including AIPUT), NFU Mutual, B&Q’s owner occupied portfolio and LVMH’s (Louis Vuitton) Bond Street portfolio. Gillian has extensive experience in all commercial property sectors and leads and co-ordinates the regular valuation of several balanced UK funds. She undertakes valuations for a wide range of clients that include banks, property companies, funds and owner-occupiers for financial reporting, fund unit pricing and loan security purposes. She also has experience of property litigation and dispute resolution.
