Bio
Gillian joined Rubenstein Partners in 2021. She is responsible for assisting the firm’s portfolio management, and investment and asset management activities. Prior to Rubenstein Partners, Gillian worked in the Investment team at Brandywine Realty Trust. She graduated from Tsinghua University (Beijing, China) with a Bachelor of Art in Architecture and received her Master’s Degree from University of Pennsylvania in City Planning, with a concentration in Real Estate Design and Development. Gillian loves the Built Environment, she practiced in areas from design to project management, and made her way in real estate. She is also an active member of Urban Land Institute, and a volunteer at Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC).
