Gilston Hutzler is a Senior Vice President who joined CB Richard Ellis in 1996. Mr. Hutzler has been involved in representing corporate clients in commercial real estate for over twelve years.
He is the co-managing partner of a five member team with multiple disciplines devoted to national corporate service work and local landlord representation services. Mr. Hutzler and his team are responsible for delivering integrated account management services to their clients including strategic planning, portfolio and lease administration, facility acquisition/disposition, municipal incentive negotiation, relocation services, and facility project management.
During his tenure with the company, Mr. Hutzler and his team have completed acquisition and disposition assignments in over 75 cities worldwide, totaling in excess of 4,000,000 square feet with an aggregrate consideration of approximately $800 million.
