Gina M. Brennan has been associated with Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, Inc. since the fall of 2007 and specializes in the transaction management of office properties in the Suburban Philadelphia office market. Ms. Brennan’s primary role is to provide advisory services and execute transactions on behalf of corporate users, institutional owners and private developers.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, Inc., Ms Brennan was employed by She began her career within Trammell Crow as a Facilities Manager on the UnitedHealth Group account where she oversaw all of their Pennsylvania offices. There she was responsible for operating expense reconciliation, budgeting, lease abstracts, and leading several cost savings initiatives. Ms. Brennan then transitioned over into Brokerage Services where she worked directly with John Shelly, focusing her efforts on both Tenant and Landlord representation.
Ms. Brennan has assisted with office requirements for Ascensus, Inc., State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, AMEC, Gardner Denver, UBS Financial Services, Colorcon, Inc., SCA Tissue N.A., IKON Office Solutions, NLdH, Universal Health Services, UnitedHealth Group and Freedom Credit Union in the Suburban Philadelphia region.
