Ginger Pressley is always exploring and finding the new and fun things to do in and around Atlanta. She has an insatiable curiosity and a true passion for helping people, which makes her a perfect fit for the world of real estate.
Ginger became fascinated by real estate in her early twenties when she purchased her first house. After several buy/sell transactions of her own, she thought...there must be an easier and more fun way of doing things! At this point, Ginger was already on the corporate path, building her strong business and problem-solving foundation. After much success she felt like she was not helping people and she pivoted into the startup community. This really fostered her entrepreneurial spirit while helping younger companies learn how to scale their businesses. Ginger then decided it was finally time to make the permanent leap into real estate, and she has not looked back.
With authenticity and responsiveness as core values, Ginger seeks to build valuable and lasting relationships with her clients. She welcomes both buyers and sellers and supports a broad range of clientele from first time home buyers, someone who has recently experienced a life change, second homes and luxury listings, corporate relocations, and savvy investors - which gives her a broad perspective. Ginger puts her clients first and by listening to their needs will develop a strategy that is effective for both you and your market. Throughout the process she stays in constant communication and will leverage smart negotiation tactics to get you smoothly to the closing table.
Ginger has lived all around the Atlanta area and is able to provide insight into the different areas and local businesses. Before settling in our "City in the Forest" Ginger has called South Florida, Denver, and even Melbourne, Australia home. In her free time, she enjoys travel, music, and exploring the great outdoors - especially if it's on horseback or skis. She volunteers in the local community and donates a portion of every commission to the Children's Hospital of Atlanta.
