Mr. Russell joined MAA in 2013. Prior to joining MAA, he led the internal audit functions of Buckeye Technologies and ACH Foods. Mr. Russell began his career with Ernst & Young working with a variety of public and private clients. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Tennessee and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Memphis with a BBA in Accounting. Mr. Russell is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
