Gordon Ashby joined Kimco Realty in 1998 and currently serves as Vice-President of Leasing in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Ashby presently oversees leasing for a portfolio of 120 properties, consisting of approximately 14.5 million square feet located throughout six mid-Atlantic states from New Jersey to Virginia. In this position, Mr. Ashby is primarily responsible for managing the leasing function for the Mid-Atlantic portfolio, including revenue projections, tenant mix planning, market research, anchor and small tenant leasing.
Mr. Ashby has 20 years of shopping center experience and prior to his current position, served as a Leasing Agent for Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust. Mr. Ashby received a B.S. in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
