Bio
Gordon Sudbeck has more than thirty-five years of experience in the shopping center industry, ranging from retail sales and store management to shopping center operations, leasing and development. In his current role within the organization, Gordon directs all leasing, transactional issues and legal document development for the Noddle Companies portfolio consisting of anchored open air shopping centers, Class A office buildings and mixed use developments.
Since the early `80s, Gordon has been an active member of ICSC. He has served as Nebraska-Iowa Operations Chair and as ICSC’s Central Division Operations Chair, twice served as Nebraska-Iowa Government Relations Chair, Nebraska-Iowa State Director, Alliance Program Co-Chair for the Central Division and most recently as ICSC’s National Co-Chair for the Alliance Program Task Force.
A frequent panelist for ICSC at local and state meetings and regional Idea Exchanges, in 2002 Gordon was instrumental in bringing ICSC’s Alliance Program to rural Nebraska and co-chaired a partnership between ICSC and NACo (National Association of Counties). He is a graduate of the International Council of Shopping Centers Management Institute and has earned the ICSC professional designations of CSM/CMD/CLS/CRX.
