Bio
Grant joined Colliers International in January 2018 as a Transaction Coordinator for a top Atlanta-based industrial services team, specializing in corporate multi-market accounts.
In his role, Grant leads portfolio and transaction management across North America for three (3) Fortune 500 companies, with combined portfolios in excess of 1,250 locations & encompassing 60M+ SF. To date, he has been involved in assignments spanning all 50 US States, Canada and Mexico, with a cumulative completed transaction volume of more than $450M.
Prior to Colliers, Grant worked in Atlanta's Class A office market, on the leasing team for Cousins Properties. Grant attended Young Harris College & The University of Georgia, graduating from UGA’s Terry College of Business with a Real Estate degree. In his leisure time, he enjoys watching college football, boating on Lake Chatuge, and spending time with his family and beloved dog, Woodford.
