Bio
Gray Fiser is Director for Newmark’s Memphis operation where he is responsible for the financial analysis and brokerage of multifamily real estate across the Mid-South, including Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi & Louisiana. He has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, management and analysis of commercial and multifamily real estate for over 10 years.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Fiser was a Senior Associate at CBRE, where he focused on the leasing and disposition of office assets. While at CBRE, he helped lead the Downtown Memphis office leasing team in securing a seventy percent market share in the submarket. Before that, he started his career in commercial real estate on the management side of the business with Parkway Properties, which is a publicly-traded REIT specializing in Class-A office assets.
Mr. Fiser has been active in the Memphis commercial real estate community providing presentations for realtor summits and roundtable discussions. He is a multi-year winner of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors’ Pinnacle Producers Club and has been recognized as a top 25 highest-producing broker in Memphis. He currently holds licenses in Mississippi and Tennessee.
