Greg Blakely is a native of the Oklahoma City area and has more than 25 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry, including general management, sales management and operations management. He earned his bachelor of science in business administration from Oklahoma City University in 1991.
Prior to joining MIDCON as director of business development in 2011, Greg worked as director of operations and customer care for Cox Business Services for 10 years. Before that, he was director of broadband services and new business development in Oklahoma City for international media company Gannett, moving up from director of operations and customer care. He started his career with Multimedia Cablevision, where he served as a district manager and a director of customer service.
He has been a member of a number of volunteer boards, including the Oklahoma County Juvenile Justice Board, the Edmond Fine Arts Institute and the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce. Greg is currently a member of the past Chairman’s Council for the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce.
Greg and his family reside in Edmond. He has two children, Christine and Joe.
