Mr. Burpee has been active in the Portland Real Estate market since 1995. His wide reaching background with diverse real estate experience provides a solid platform for negotiating lease and sales transactions for office, flex and industrial properties.
Having sold and leased over $100 million in commercial and residential real estate here in Portland, Mr. Burpee has honed his negotiating skills and understands the sales process while remaining sensitive to the needs of buyers and sellers during the course of the transaction.
As an active participant in an 80,000 square foot warehouse to office conversion in the sought-after Pearl District, Mr. Burpee is uniquely qualified to assist clients with redevelopment opportunities and creative solutions that have become a necessary part of the solution in the demanding Portland marketplace. In addition to this redevelopment, Mr. Burpee manages family real estate investments that include a 125,000 square foot industrial park on Swan Island, as well as other commercial buildings throughout the Portland, Springfield, Las Vegas and Bellevue markets.
