Greg Conkling began his career in Real Estate in 1995 by forming his own Commercial Real Estate brokerage and development firm along with starting the first of many Land Development projects. For the next 12 years Conkling brokered, constructed or developed in excess of $530,000,000 worth of real estate in NE Indiana. Specialty’s included developing shopping centers, office parks, and mixed use residential communities. Conkling’s company developed Fort Wayne’s first mixed use community, Dawson’s Creek, in 1999 consisting of Office, Multi-family, Recreation/Retail and Residential.
