Greg Hopkins is a Senior Vice President in JLL Industrial Services Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Hopkins assists clients in analyzing their real estate needs and develops strategies to align real estate initiatives with overall business plans. Greg has been with JLL since 2014 and has experience in all types of transaction including acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, and leasing on behalf of both tenants and landlords. In his current role at JLL, Mr. Hopkins has completed a variety of Tenant Representation projects by surveying the market for occupancy alternatives, creating analytical models, and leading the execution of multiple industrial and flex-based assignments. Greg has facilitated a variety of Agency Leasing and Disposition projects by preparing and executing effective marketing campaigns, utilizing extensive market knowledge to identify, pursue and secure, tenants/buyers, and leading the execution of multiple industrial and flex-based assignments. Greg has represented numerous clients including Evoqua Water Technologies, WESCO international, Matthews International, Philips, Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch Shell, Walgreens, and ABB Group.
Mr. Hopkins holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in City & Regional Planning from the Knowlton School of Architecture at the Ohio State University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of West Virginia. In addition to his professional affiliations, Greg is also a board member of Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh.
