Managing Director, Greg Hylton of Cushman & Wakefield's San Francisco office provides global tenant advisory services to corporate clients in the areas of site selection, transaction advisory, project management, portfolio management and lease administration. He has represented clients in more than $2 billion of total transactions in his career spanning more than 30 years. His focus is tenant advisory for large corporate portfolios as well as representing office tenants in the San Francisco Bay Area. As part of his tenant advisory practice Hylton advises companies on cost reduction, downsizing/right-sizing strategies, relocations/renewals and improving the workplace to impact employee satisfaction. He currently serves as the Cushman & Wakefield Account Leader for several Fortune 500 companies.
