Gregory joined Transwestern in 2020 as part of the Washington Capital Markets team. In his role as Senior Associate, Gregory is focused on both the leasing and purchasing of industrial projects in the Washington, D.C. market. Gregory is a highly driven individual who uses his real estate background and knowledge of the market to provide invaluable insights to meet client needs.PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION Prior to joining Transwestern, Gregory worked at Perseus Realty for four years as a Development Manager. In this position he was responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the development team while assisting in the firm’s acquisition activity. While at Perseus, he built several industrial, office and multifamily properties in Washington, D.C. and Maryland.EDUCATION Gregory holds an MBA from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
