Greg began his commercial real estate career in Bellingham, WA in 2004. A graduate of Western Washington University (’99), Greg’s education and profession are exclusive to investment, real estate, and finance. Commercial Real Estate Brokerage comes naturally for Greg, as he has experience in all facets of commercial real estate.
Greg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. The Designation includes completion of intense coursework, high test scores, and professional accomplishment. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners, only 6 percent hold the CCIM designation.
