As a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Consulting Group in New York City, Greg Maurer-Hollaender is responsible for developing and executing real estate strategies for major firms across multiple markets. He plays an important role in deal structuring, negotiation and transaction implementation. His work also includes the development of decision-making tools to help his clients build internal consensus including financial models to quantify the financial implications of various strategies. Greg has been involved in numerous notable recent transactions, including Wiley Rein’s 166,000-sq.-ft. relocation to 2050 M Street, NW in Washington, D.C.; Publicis Groupe’s 960,000-sq.-ft. consolidation into 375 Hudson Street; PwC’s 200,000-sq.-ft. relocation to 655 New York Avenue, NW in Washington, D.C.; Millennium’s 345,000-sq.-ft. relocation to 399 Park Avenue; Mercy College’s 95,000-sq.-ft. leasehold condominium transaction at Two Herald Square for its new Manhattan school and dormitory; and Bank of America’s disposition and leaseback of three U.S. data centers. Greg advises a number of premier law firms, financial services firms and professional services firms—providing strategic guidance and implementing transactions on behalf of Arnold & Porter, The Goldman Sachs Group, The Legal Aid Society, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Quinn Emanuel and Weil Gotshal. Prior to joining the firm’s Consulting Group, Greg was an Associate in CBRE’s Wheel Program—a 14-month rotational program designed to give young professionals a well-rounded foundation in commercial real estate.
