As Senior Vice President for CBRE, Greg brings a successful track record in development, redevelopment, management, leasing and general brokerage. Some of Greg’s tenant representation clients have included Eatzi’s Market & Bakery, Muchacho, Tyler’s, Racquet & Jog, Chiloso, The Joint, Sunstone Fit, Ace Mart Restaurant Supply, Café Brazil, Ali Baba, Terra Mediterranean Grill, Hash House A Go Go, Whistle Britches, Rex’s Seafood, Toys Unique, and Phenix Salon Suites. Greg has also successfully completed investment sales transactions on behalf of clients such as Shafer Property Company, Toni & Guy and David Claassen Investments.
For more than 50 years, Greg has been a specialist in shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings and medical office buildings. Throughout his career, Greg has been active in the development, redevelopment, management, leasing and general brokerage of over 10 million square feet of properties. In the last 10 years, he has averaged over 30 lease and sale transactions per year.
As a native of Dallas, Greg spent the first 11 years of his career in all phases of real estate development, construction, leasing and management, with the Henry S. Miller Company. He spent the next 10 years primarily in the development and leasing arena with Swearingen Brosseau Development Co. and then with the Brosseau Company as Partner in Charge.
Greg joined Corrigan Real Estate Services in 1990 and spent 19 years concentrating in restaurant, retail and office leasing, both on the project side and tenant representation side. He has also been active in investment sales brokerage of shopping centers and office buildings. Greg joined CBRE in 2015 through the merger with UCR. Prior to UCR, Greg was Executive Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage for the Retail Division of Colliers International.
Greg attended the University of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on real estate and finance from the Southern Methodist University School of Business. Greg has been married to his wife Julie for almost 53 years. They have two children, Kevin & Marla. Both are married and they have a total of four grandsons.
