Greg Puccinelli joined Newmark’s Orange County, California, team in 2017 as a senior managing director specializing in tenant and landlord representation. A 20-year industry veteran, Mr. Puccinelli has been involved in transactions valued at more than $750 million. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Puccinelli served as senior vice president in JLL’s agency leasing group in Orange County, where he advised landlords and tenants. Previously, he was senior vice president at Grubb and Ellis Company and the Office Properties Group at CBRE.
