Greg Stumm joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2017 as an Associate Director in the South Bay Office. Greg is a member of The McMillan Team, which consistently ranks as one of the top industrial brokerage teams nationally and is a dominant presence in the Los Angeles industrial market. Greg specializes in landlord and tenant representation, owner/user and investment sales, and is focused on the core Los Angeles in-fill industrial market. As a member of the McMillan Team, Greg has established himself as the Mid-Counties captain where he continues to dig up new opportunities. He also brings a ‘boots on the ground’ mentality and is the eyes and ears in the field interacting face-to-face with tenants and users in the market.
Prior to joining the McMillan Team, Greg spent the past 3 years at CBRE in their Private Capital Group working primarily in the South Bay and Mid-Counties. During that time, he was directly involved in over 22 owner/user and investment sales transactions, and was responsible for sourcing new business, underwriting, marketing and managing the escrow process. Some of his more notable clients include AEW, Jamison Services, Kubota Tractor Company and Jade Enterprises.
