Greg is a retail property and development expert with over 30 years’ experience, who advises clients across the UK on all aspects of agency, development and investment. He provides advice on food stores, shopping centres, out of town retail, large site sales and acquisitions, and all forms of retail, residential and mixed use development. His expertise includes site agency, master planning, scheme design, development appraisals, compulsory purchase, leasing, development agreements and the sale and funding of projects.
Greg is one of the UK's leading experts in supermarket property and development. He is the national property advisor for ALDI, leading the Colliers team that provides them with acquisition and consultancy advice on projects across the UK. He also acts for Sainsbury's and Morrisons on the disposal of large, complex sites and surplus stores. Greg also specialises in the promotion and sale of large retail and mixed use development opportunties.
