Greg Wang joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in the New York headquarters in 2012. Mr. Wang specializes in tenant representation with a focus on both acquisition and disposition requirements, primarily in New York City's Midtown market. Over the course of his career, he has represented a number of multinational corporations in their global real estate requirements, leveraging his critical focus on deep market knowledge. Mr. Wang brings extensive experience representing financial, legal and entertainment industry clients. Most recently, he represented Sony Corporation in the renewal of 35,000 square feet in Ft. Myers, FL, and the Dr. Oz show in leasing nearly 30,000 square feet at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Mr. Wang assisted Foley & Lardner in a renewal and expansion of over 60,000 square feet at 90 Park Avenue in addition to representing Dan Klores Communications in its headquarters transaction at 261 Fifth Avenue. He has represented numerous clients in their disposition requirements, including Artio Global, SunGard, Broadway Video, Primedia and JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Wang recently represented Redcats USA in the disposition of 75,000 square feet in Universal City, TX. On the owner representation side, he has served as the exclusive sales agent for the ownership of 3 Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza as well as the leasing agent for 28-40 West 23rd Street and 352 Park Avenue South. Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Mr. Wang specialized in tenant representation at Colliers International. He also served as the co-chair of the firm's Tri-State Region Law Firm Services Practice Group. Earlier in his career, he worked at Comedy Central, USA Network and National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (Grammy's). COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Mr. Wang is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Anti-Defamation League's Young Adult Division. Mr. Wang earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in American Studies with a minor in Electronic Media from George Washington University.
