Greg Bante is an executive managing director based in the Savills Denver office. Greg is part of the Denver leadership team that includes Rick Schuham and Todd Roebken. As a solely tenant representative, Greg prides himself on delivering cost- effective and flexible real estate solutions to his clients while maintaining strong ethics and outstanding customer service. Greg’s clients range from startup firms to well- established multinational corporations including Comcast, CH2M, Chipotle, Encana and 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.
Greg joined Savills in 2017 and prior to that he was a managing director at JLL for 10 years. Greg has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate. Since 1995, Greg has successfully negotiated over 1,500 real estate transactions throughout the world totaling over 20 million square feet. These transactions include office lease acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit assignments and sale-leasebacks.
Greg currently serves on the board of directors for Mile High United Way and National History Day in Colorado. He previously served on the board of directors of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, the board of governors of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, City Year Denver, and is a past chairman of Metro Denver Sports Commission Charities. Greg devotes time to the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, The Children’s Hospital Foundation and Invest in Kids. Greg is a graduate of Leadership Denver (2005), the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s flagship leadership program and the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Emerging Leaders Program (2004). In 2003, he was named to the Denver Business Journal’s ‘40 under 40’ list, and has been recognized by former employers as a top office producer in multiple years.
