Bio
Greg has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Tulsa and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Texas. With the funds provided by a successful commercial law practice he began investing in the Tulsa Multifamily real estate market in the late 80s. By the early 90s he accelerated his investments, formed Apartment Services Company (“ASC”), and reduced his law practice to focus on real estate development and management.
He is a past President of the Tulsa Apartment Association, the 2009 President of the Oklahoma Multi-family Housing Association, a member of the Board of Directors for the National Apartment Association (“NAA”) and the 2009-10 Chairman of the NAA Independent Rental Owners Committee.
Continuing education never ends at ASC and by the end of 2010 Greg expects to receive his real estate broker’s license and his CPM designation from the Institute for Real Estate Management.
