Gregory Sundel is the Account Manager for the Johnson & Johnson Americas portfolio, and acts as the single point of accountability for all transaction services. Additionally, Greg is responsible for supporting J&J in the development of its portfolio management strategies, including portfolio review, workplace trends and benchmarking, among other initiatives.
Prior to taking on this most recent position, Greg was the Director of Global Transaction Management on the McGraw-Hill Financial account, managing and executing transactions across five million square feet. Previously, Greg was the Account Strategist to McGraw Hill, supporting the client’s Regional Management with property planning, introducing CBRE’s best practices and identifying consulting-based deliverables to advance the client-vendor partnership. In each of his roles, Greg is valued as a tremendous resource in driving innovation and enhancing collaboration among the account team.
From 2008 to 2010, Greg was the onsite Transaction Manager for a Confidential Financial Services account. In addition to leading and managing transactions in this role, he was responsible for integrating Project Management and Strategic Consulting to introduce and implement best practices to the client's Real Estate Department. Prior to joining the Global Workplace Solutions group in 2006, Greg began his career with CBRE’s Brokerage Services group in the Midtown Manhattan office. His notable assignments included the Museum of Modern Art, Clayton Dublier and Rice and the Interpublic Group of Companies.
