Griffin Farriss joined Stream Realty Partners in October 2022. He is responsible for expanding the firm’s market share in the Nashville area, with a focus on sourcing, winning, and executing industrial business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and tenant and landlord representation.
Prior to joining Stream, Griffin served as a Principal at Cresa in Los Angeles. Over his almost 10-year tenure there, he completed approximately two million square feet of leasing and sale transactions valued at nearly $500 million. He was recognized with Cresa’s Rising Star, Top Producer, and President’s Awards.
Outside the office, Griffin likes to play golf, and spend time with his wife, twin daughters, and black Labrador retriever, Ralph
