Mr. Olaiz began his commercial real estate career in 2006 with CBRE’s Investment Properties Group in Downtown Los Angeles. While at CBRE he represented clients in the acquisition & disposition of retail, office, industrial, and automotive-related real estate on a nationwide basis.
