Guy is a Director in the Investment team and has been with the firm since 2007.
With nearly 30 years’ experience in the investment market he advises on the sale and acquisition of town centre and out of town investment opportunities. In recent years he has harnessed that knowledge to seek re-purposing opportunities. Clients include UK and overseas based institutional funds, property companies, developers, local councils and private equity firms.
Guy is a member of IPF, RICS and Revo.
Away from the office he enjoys cycling, golf and sailing with his family.
