Guy has been a full-time Realtor in the Denver Metro area for the last 32 years. After coming to Colorado with the US Air Force in the early 1980's, he felt this was the promised land. Upon his honorable discharge, he stayed in Colorado and began his real estate career. He has sold homes in all price ranges, from starters to high-dollar homes. Ranch and rural properties, mountain properties, raw land, many investment rentals, and of course new home communities. He owns rental properties himself and has managed clients' rental properties. He has been involved with over 1100 sold transactions. His interest in real estate began in high school when he was introduced to rental homes with his dad back in Cleveland Ohio, and of course, his interest grew playing and beating his brothers and sister at the old great real estate empire game of Monopoly. He has been married to his wife Danette for 30 years now. Combined they have 3 children and 3 grandkids. He takes pride now in working about 75% of his business on referrals. He also has a lot of sales now of the adult children of his past clients. His goal for his clients is to make the sales process fun, not just a checklist of items to be accomplished. He wants his clients to be happy in the end as he expects to be their Realtor for life.
