Hampton Beebe is a vice chairman with Newmark Knight Frank based in the Boca Raton office where he specializes in new business generation in addition to the marketing and sale of multifamily properties, land and the structuring of joint ventures throughout southeast and southwest Florida. Since joining Newmark Knight Frank in 2006, Mr. Beebe has been involved in the sale of over $8 billion in multifamily assets throughout Florida.
Mr. Beebe is recognized as an expert in his field and has spoken at various conferences and panels on Commercial Real Estate. He has been named a “Power Leader in Commercial Real Estate” by the South Florida Business Journal, a “Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate” by the Daily Business Review and a “Power Broker” by CoStar multiple times. Mr. Beebe has also been recognized for “Multihousing Deal of the Year” in 2010, 2011 and 2013 by The Daily Business Review.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Beebe was a director of sales for a communications company where he managed a regional sales office and was ranked among the top performers in the United States.
Mr. Beebe serves on the board of directors of the West Palm Beach Police Athletic League and has been actively involved in fundraising for various charities with his wife and their three children.
Hampton earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida and holds a Florida Real Estate brokers license.
