Bio
Hannah Ott began her commercial real estate career in 2001 in South Florida at Realty World Commercial (now Capital Commercial). She was the Top Sales Broker in 2002 at Realty World Commercial among 20+ experienced brokers her first full year as a broker. From 2003 to 2008, Hannah was a broker in the Memphis, TN metro area at Crye-Leike Commercial where she was regularly ranked in the top 10% for overall business production amongst the company’s more than 1,000 brokers. Hannah joined Indianapolis-based Tikijian Associates in 2008 and became a partner in the firm in 2014. Tikijian Associates was the leading apartment brokerage firm in Indianapolis. In November of 2018, the entire Tikijian Associates team joined forces with Cushman & Wakefield and became their Indiana Multifamily Team. At Cushman & Wakefield, Hannah serves as Executive Managing Director and she and George Tikijian co-lead the Indiana Multifamily Team.
As an active member of the Indiana Apartment Association Hannah has co-chaired several committees and been a regular speaker at the annual Indiana Apartment Market Overview.
She earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2011. Hannah is married with two sons and resides in Fishers, IN.
