Harris Arnhart is a member of the Urban Team, focusing on vacant land, redevelopment opportunities, and acquisitions in urban core neighborhoods. With a background in developing multi-family, he can look at properties from a certain viewpoint that is advantageous for other developers.
Before joining DB2RE, Harris started his own company, WTX Development, and developed off-campus student housing surrounding Baylor University’s campus in Waco, TX.
Harris received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baylor University with an emphasis in Marketing. He and his wife, Rachel, have a 1 year old son and a 3 year old daughter and live in East Dallas. They are involved in Park Cities Baptist Church.
