Harry has over 30 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. He provides asset management services to small- and large-scale residential and mixed-use communities and large agricultural holdings. Harry has an extremely deep level of knowledge in project management, restructuring and asset management, planning, permitting, acquisitions, finance and marketing. He currently leads efforts in providing asset management services to CDD bondholders such as Oppenheimer Funds, Goldman Sachs, Nuveen, Capital Research/American Funds, INVESCO, Alliance Bernstein, Latt Maxcy Corporation’s Real Estate Portfolio, and others. Prior to forming Lerner Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Lerner founded Westshore Development Group, which provided asset management services to various clients including Latt Maxcy Corporation, Mobley Homes, Terrabrook Communities, Atlantic Gulf Communities, and the Van Kampen Fund (INVESCO). Westshore Development Group was purchased in 2003 and became Maxcy Development Group, which in July 2011 was renamed Lerner Real Estate Advisors. Harry spent 10 years with Atlantic Gulf Communities Corporation (formerly General Development Corporation) where he managed the company’s Tampa operations, which included West Meadows in New Tampa, and MiraBay and Rivercrest in South Hillsborough County
