Hayden Rasmussen is a Portfolio Account Manager in Savills Dallas office, responsible for account management and reporting for clients that span industry sectors -- including architecture, engineering and construction; oil and gas; manufacturing and distribution; and healthcare. In this role he guides the successful execution of his clients’ real estate transactions and advises regarding overall portfolio strategy.
Throughout Hayden’s four years of industry experience he has overseen and managed real estate portfolios for a diverse range of clients. He joined the company in 2021 from Mohr Partners, where he managed negotiations and process implementation for clients whose aggregate portfolios comprised over 320 locations in the US and globally. He successfully negotiated transactions to support overall portfolio strategies --- including relocations, renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and build to suit opportunities. Prior to his service with Mohr Partners, Hayden worked for Newmark Knight Frank where he began his career focusing on tenant representation and integrated occupier services. During his tenure, he contributed to delivering increased portfolio efficiencies and cost reduction measures, ultimately leading to the growth of client portfolio footprints and increased shareholder value.
