Heather Gulesserian is a Senior Account Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s Transaction Management practice. She works with her clients to optimize their portfolios by aligning their real estate strategies with their business objectives. Ms. Gulesserian is currently serving as Account Manager for the Amec Foster Wheeler account in North America, managing transactions and other strategic initiatives. Her day-to-day responsibilities include sale and lease negotiations, financial analysis, and client reporting.
Ms. Gulesserian has a proven track record of driving savings and creating operating efficiencies from lease and sale acquisitions, dispositions, buy-outs, expansions, downsizes, and renewals.
