Heather is a Managing Director for ACRE Commercial, with 22 years of CRE experience she oversees the recruitment, training, and management of Sales Associates & Marketing company wide. As one of her prime responsibilities, Heather will be assisting with high level negotiations to ensure the best results for ACRE clients across all markets. Heather will also be instrumental in the future growth of the company’s footprint across the Southeast.
Prior to joining Acre Commercial, Heather served as Senior Director for Franklin Street’s Retail Services specializing in Landlord Representation along the West Coast of Florida. Heather also spent 15yrs leasing grocery anchored strip centers, lifestyle centers, ground up developments, and enclosed shopping malls working for major REITS such as Brixmor Property Group and Westfield.
Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Heather has lived in Florida the last 24 years and has overseen the leasing of territories across the Midwest and East coast of the U.S. Passionate about volunteering, Heather has participated in outreach missions overseas while serving her local community through Feeding Tampa Bay, Meals On Wheels & Metropolitan Ministries. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida, active member of ICSC, winner of CoStar Power Broker awards, and a proud Volleyball mom to her middle school aged daughter.
