Heather is responsible for the analysis, marketing, negotiation and disposition of real estate and leasehold properties for healthy and distressed companies across the country. She has found savings in lease mitigations and termination negotiations for national retail chains and marketed and sold various commercial, industrial and income producing properties across the country. She has been instrumental in the organization of due diligence packages in complex and large portfolio cases.
