Heather Ranew is a Senior Director for Greystar Development and Construction Services, with responsibility for all domestic development accounting for the Eastern United States region. Her role includes regional oversight of development assets and profit and loss review, as well as oversight of the co-investment development funds and the active adult development joint venture fund with Carlyle. Active in the development and construction industry since 2006, Heather joined Greystar in 2011. Prior to that, she served as Accounting Manager for Malphrus Construction and as a Senior Accountant for TrakSouth Construction.
She holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina Aiken.
