Heather Sandoval is a Senior Director of Asset Management for Greystar Development and Construction Services, with responsibility for Greystar developed assets in the Mountain and West regions. Heather leads a team of asset managers that provide development asset oversight, which includes completing and maintaining internal valuations, implementing and guiding investment strategies, point of contact for insurance and real estate tax related items, partnership liaison, and asset disposition.
Heather has been active in the multifamily industry since 1999. Before joining Greystar in 2005, she served in various operations roles for companies including Fairfield Residential and more recently a short commitment with Daydream as Senior Vice President of Operations. Her experience includes new business development, management of diversified assets including value-add, affordable, new construction, and short term/home sharing. Heather is an active participant in the local Denver Apartment Association, where she serves as a board member and CAPS facilitator.
Heather is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and attended the University of Phoenix.
