My goal when helping buyers or sellers is to make them happy…period! Truthfulness and integrity are paramount to me. As a buyer I will find out what your lifestyle is like and what makes you happy in order to find the right home for you. As a seller I will get your home sold on your timeline by helping get it ready for showing with tricks I’ve learned over the years, making sure buyers are adequately qualified and returning phone calls to other agents in a timely manner.
My experience in real estate came from learning from the best in Key West… my broker who was the trainer for the entire Keys (Monroe County). After learning the ropes in Key West for 3 years I moved to Ft. Lauderdale and managed a real estate company that later was sold. The former agents encouraged me to open Wolfe Real Estate Group, so here we are!
I specialize in the east side of Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding areas including Wilton Manors and Oakland Park. Waterfront properties are my specialty.
I am proud to be the treasurer of the Oakland Park/Wilton Manors Rotary Club and am an avid animal rescue advocate.
