Mr. Rodriguez is a licensed real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience with Tenant and Landlord representation. He has acquired extensive knowledge in brokering deals, both leasing and sales as well as property management.
He joins Helmsley Spear, LLC after spending 10 years as Senior Managing Director at Savitt Partners where he represented various tenants in the healthcare industry such as NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation (HHC), Gotham Health, Metro Plus, and Columbia Care.
Prior to this role, he served as Managing Director of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC where he managed a portfolio of ten New York properties with approximately one million rentable square feet. Notable tenants included Limited Brands, Publicis, City Year, Museum of Mathematics, and many others. Mr. Rodriguez also spent 5 years with Murray Hill Properties representing tenants in lease negotiations.
Mr. Rodriguez believes in fostering relationships, both personal and business and cultivates an environment of exploring new opportunities. He resides in Westchester, NY and enjoys spending time with his wife of twenty three years and three sons.
