Licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1991, Heidi has been involved in the real estate business since 1985. First starting with a local real estate company, Heidi moved to a local title company in 1993 and was in charge of new home construction inspections and disbursements as well as working as a real estate closer and earning a title examiner license. In 1995, Heidi joined Newport Development Corp. as an assistant to Ray Leffler and quickly worked her way up to becoming the Executive Vice President of Operations. As such, Heidi continues to work with the Realtors at Ray’s real estate office as well as with the staff of Ray’s building company. In addition, Heidi continues to conduct closings on new home sales and lot sales and is the point of contact for information on new subdivisions and developments.
