Helen joined J.C.BAR Properties, Inc. in 2013 and holds the position of Commercial Property Manager. Helen is responsible for the Property Management side of J.C.BAR Properties, by overseeing a large portfolio of shopping center properties in the Central Pennsylvania and Maryland areas. In addition to retail property management, Helen has a strong background in leasing and managing office space, primarily Class A & B properties.
Helen has over 30 years of combined knowledge and expertise in the Corporate Real Estate, Property and Facilities Management environments for various companies, combined with her strong background in Business Administration and Procurement. Helen has worked in both large corporate and smaller entrepreneur environments revolving around these business units.
Helen held the position of Director of Corporate Real Estate and Administration from 1984 – 2006 for a large IT consulting company in the Towson, MD.- she was responsible for over 200 offices throughout the US and Canada from a real estate and property management perspective.
Helen believes in supporting the Real Estate Community and currently holds the position of Chairman of BOMA of Central Pa. (Building Owners Managers Association) a local chapter of BOMA International.
